Lauren Clayton will host a "Beginning Cyclist Clinic" this Sunday, March 13th, at 2:30 p.m. at Howard High School. The clinic will cover topics such as group riding etiquette, clipless pedal use, bike fit, what to have in your bike bag, bike nutrition, cycling safety and some exciting upcoming group rides in the Macon area. There will be a 15 to 20 mile group ride following the discussion with experienced riders to guide you! You can also learn about volunteering at the Macon Cycling Classic Bike Race that the GA Neurosurgical Cycling Team will host on May 7th at the clinic. Email Lauren at
